Smarty 日本語のdate format

一般的には{$ｘｘｘ|date_format:”%m/%d(%a)”}
これを日本語の曜日を出力して表示する場合
jp_date_format（Smartyプラグイン）を利用する

また一桁の頭に0をつけたくない場合は
%-m という風に書く
