こんな風にエラーが出てデプロイできない場合
デプロイの前にエクリプスがJSPをコンパイルしてコンパイルしたサーブレットをweb.xmlに登録しています
ファイル名やフォルダ名に全角が入っていると
コンパイル後のweb.xmlの文字コードがSJISになってしまってデプロイできないようです。
Google App Engine web.xmlが原因でデプロイできない場合
