Bad file descriptor

こんなエラーが出る場合
Apr 3 02:23:04 unknown com.apple.debugserver-64[12034] : 1 [2f02/1303]: error: ::read ( 4, 0x2ff0b9d4, 1024 ) => -1 err = Bad file descriptor (0x00000009)
アプリ内でファイルを開きすぎている場合です。
実機では落ちます。　シュミレーターではOK。
